Sore tooth: Recommend 2 evaluations. See a specialist Endodontist to determine if tooth can be saved with root canal treatment. If not salvageable, see an Oral Surgeon for extraction, which can be accomplished safely by this specialist. Leaving infected tooth untreated is dangerous to both you and to your baby. Infection must be resolved. See specialists now.
