Had my first mammogram yesterday & have "probably benign" calcifications in right breast. radiologist dr asked me to go back in 6 months. we are trying to conceive & they don't do mammograms in the first trimester. what to do if i get pregnant? thx.

Live your life: You're a bit on the young side for a mammogram and so I do not know if you have risk factors that warrant early mammography. The purpose of doing a test is to look for an answer to a question, unfortunately, we have to learn to live with "probabilities" in this world. I would not personally put my life on hold because another exam was "suggested" in 6 mos. Keep trying to conceive if you desire.
