Im 26 and have milk in my right breast only i've had a mammogram done came back ok, never had kids nor been pregnant what should i do?

Prolactin, a: Pituitary hormone, may cause this. It can occur from nipple stimulation, how wet-nursing occured, or from over-production of the hormone by a pitutary or hyphyseasl abnormality...This means you need to go to an internist or endocrinologist for a discussion and a work up.

Non bloody nipple: discharge is usually due to benign causes. It may be hormone related. Mammograms generally aren't that useful in this situation, beyond detecting occult mailgnancy. See your doc for further evaluation.
