Will a ct scan with contrast (barium, medium, etc) show lymphoma or is the only way to determine high likelihood for lymphoma is through biopsy of lymph node? enlarged mesoteric lymph but no abnormalities shown, slightly enlarged spleen

Imaging: Such as CT will raise the suspicion and provide information about the overall spread of the disease. A biopsy will secure or confirm the diagnosis. Most cases need both.
