Thyroid: You don't specify which thyroid tests are high. A high TSH indicates underactive thyroid. The other tests, when elevated, indicate an overactive thyroid. An overactive thyroid can cause loose bowel movements and an underactive thyroid can cause sluggish bowel movements.
