I was diagnosed with pap. thyroid cancer in january 22 and had tt in april, rai in june. now my blood tests show thyroid antibodies are high. is this of concern, or could it mean recurrence?

It is a concern if you did not have these antibodies before the total thyroidectomy. If these antibodies were present before the surgery (10% normal people have these antibodies), it is difficult to interpret the result of serum thyroglobulin which should be zero post TT. By UPTODATE: all laboratories that measure serum Tg should test for anti-Tg abs in any serum sample submitted for Tg assay.
