Beneficial effects: Blueberries generally have beneficial effects on insulin resistance & glucose tolerance. And so even though eating blueberries won't actually lower blood sugar levels they generally won’t raise your blood sugar & may help to avoid a blood sugar spike. Staying or becoming active is also very important to help maintain normal blood sugar levels. I wish you well with your health!
