Had a hysteroscopy + cervical polypectomy & curettage done today (polyp removed) & home in the same day. when is it safe to resume intercourse? doctor said after 10+ days at least. true? or do i need more? any more advice for me in this regards? thnx

True!: The cervix was opened at the surgery making intrauterine infection more likely with intercourse before the healing period is completed. Ask your surgeon any further questions at your follow up post surgical appointment.
