Had hysteroscopy polypectomy at 6wk follow up transvag u/s says 2cm vascular polyp is back. gyn says its impossible & won't do anything is this normal?

What was pathology?: Did the pathology reveal a polyp? Why did you have a follow up ultrasound, do not believe this is routine practice. Monitor your symptoms, if you notice abnormal uterine bleeding, perhaps it needs to be evaluated.
