i have had sore arms and one sore leg a couple days after carrying water case have had history of occasional muscles twitches in calves, bicep, thighs and back last 9 years. occasional tingling in hands same time. worried about als.healthy 30 yo male?

ALS: Disease involving motor tracts of lateral columns and anterior horns of spinal cord and cranial motor nerves. Disease usually onset after 40 and male a female are effected equally. Disease is associated by muscle weakness and atrophy initially distally. This is then associated with hyperreflxia/clonus and then odd symptoms such as excessive laughing or crying. Respiratory depression the end.
