Been twitching bodywide for 2 yrs mostly in calves. lately left leg has been aching like a toothache with burning foot and increase in twitches. no loss of fx in 2 years. is this likely a spinal related or should i be worried about als?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms could be due to neuropathy and/or vascular insufficiency and it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
