Ive been getting pelvic cramping for over a year. started once or twice every couple of weeks, now im getting it nearly every day, lasts about 20mins then eases. bloods and ultrasound scan all fine. what could it be?

Could be, bladder: or could be endometriosis. Bladder pain can be from interstitial cystitis. Could also be both, neither will show up on ultrasound, in many cases.
