My child 5 had one side of his nose clogged mainly at night , no snoring, had septal deviation on that side ,no discharge,what is treatment to make him breath better ?

ENT: The deviation may be further evaluated by ENT. Relieve congestion with nasal saline. An exam of the inside of the nose, may show inflammation. A nasal steroid can be used to relieve inflammation.
