See a dentist: There are a few possible causes for your son’s bad breath and bleeding gums.He may have enlarged tonsils or adenoids which are causing the mucous production and snoring and probably mouth breathing while sleeping. This can lead to bad breath. It also sounds like his gums are inflamed (the bleeding) which may be from the same cause.Your pediatrician, a pediatric dentist, and ENT specialist can help

Bad breath: Most probable cause is toothier gum infections (bleeding gums indicate infection). Can also be due to diet, meds/supplements, sinus infection, breathing problems caused by narrow palate, infected tonsils/adenoids, etc. Your son should have been seeing a Dentist since his 1st b'day. Recommend a Pedodontist, a Pediatric Dental Specialist. If not a dental problem, next see a pediatric ENT specialist
