4yr old daughter had been constipated i was told to give an enema she had lrg watery bm w/some firm stool, is she clear out&should i give miralax (polyethylene glycol) tom

Constipation Rx: The general rule of toddler treatment is to provide a wetting agent like MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) & aggressively manage past stooling issues for twice the duration of the constipation or 6mo, whichever is least. A clean out of large bm followed by some watery material does not mean the work is done. The baloon like lower bowel needs time to shrink back to normal & staying as empty as possible will help that.
