my 3 year old daughter has been constipated. i was able to soften her stools by giving her a little prune juice everyday. she had 2 days of really good bowel movements, but hasn't gone at all today. now tonight she has a fever. could this be related to th

Unlikely: She may have a problem with constipation but if she is sick with a fever it is likely to be an infection she picked up. She may have other signs such as cough, cold or upset stomach. If fever is high or does not get better please see her doctor for a check up.
