Infection? Fistula?: Several intestinal infections, including parasites -- more common in your country than mine -- could be responsible. Or inflammatory bowel disease. Or a surgical problem, such as an abnormal connection (fistula) between her lower intestine and another organ, such the vagina or bladder (for example, if the orange fluid is partly urine). This could be serious; take her to the doctor ASAP. Good luck!
