Diffuse rash: Any diffuse rash is of concern. You do not mention if it is blotchy, or reticulated ( lacy or like little pimples or itchy or fever ,chills, nausea vomiting Could be virus could be strep ( check that out) could be bites, could be psoriasis, or auto immune Would follow up with doctor today
