I heard blood test is often inaccurate to find allergy. my blood test shows milk allergy but how can i know if it is correct or not?

History is more..: Important, if you're not allergic to milk when you drink it, it means you aren't, allergy blood tests are good negative tests, i.e can rule out , not prove that you are allergic to a certain element, especially foods, and history is more reliable
