When i'm on low-cholesterol diet. how many grams of fat should i eat per day?

See below: Your diet should be less than 30% ot daily calorie from total fat. 7% from saturated fat and less than 1% from trans fats and less than 300 mg of cholesterol. A target of 15-30 gm monosaturated fats. Avoid butter, margarine, hydrogenated oil, lard and palm oil.
