Hi doctors. is there any way to distinguish ecchymosis from possible sarcoma/kapsosi sarcoma? i have purple spots/lesions which if they are healing, are healing very slowly. no access to a dermatologist office for about another week and a half.

HIV?: If you do not have HIV, the lesions are unlikely to be Kaposi sarcoma. If you do not know your HIV status you can buy a kit from a drug store for the test.
