I have trouble sleeping. i dont think this is a disorder or anything of that sort. irrespective of the time i get into bed, ill struggle falling asleep. i dont wake up during my sleep like insomnia. i just struggle falling asleep.

Regular schedule: Most important for many is to stay on a sleep schedule, same wake up time daily,9hrs prior to that develop and do the same every night a routine to give your body a clear msg time to relax,. Avoid all screens with in a hr of bed time, 400-500mg mg(gluconate, citrate, threonate 30min before bed will help most , if not add melatonin 3mg qhs can increase q3-4 d to max 20mg , lots of other options otc
