Pulse: IF you tried I am sure you could feel your pulse in your throat even when your heart is beating normally. However, when you heart is beating irradic you are aware of your pulse more. I hope you are getting your irradic heart checked. Also, it could be your BP is elevated when the arrhythmia happens.
