Your original prescriber may be willing to give you a refill without a revisit but there are generallty time frames for how long with out a visit it would be safe to represcribe, they could also possibly inform and educate you about some non-prescription things that could substitute

Never expect it: State medical boards require an ongoing patient relationship, retrievable patient record, recent exam and vital signs for docs to prescribe medication. Failure to do can result in loss or restriction of their license. Why you would expect someone to risk their livelihood for your convenience is odd. Look into local free clinics. Many counties have them or are affiliated with med schools/training .
