Good day! please help me with a home remedy for low estrogen. i had a hysterectomy in 2016 and blood tests came back what the doc called border line.

Ovaries present?: If your ovaries were not removed at hysterectomy, then your source of estrogen in now declining consistent with peri menopause at age 44.. That would be a normal sequence of events and there is no home remedy to increase the estrogen level only Rx. medication.
