Could you please list the most common uterine polyp symptoms? would irregular cycle start date be one of them? my cycle used to be clockwork, every 28 days, but now after turning 31, my period start date ranges from every 26 to 28 days.

Uterine polyp signs: The most common sign of a uterine/cervical polyp is inter menstrual bleeding. (bleeding in between cycles) not a change in the interval of the menstrual cycle. There is usually a normal variation in cycle length in most females of 2 to 4 days.
