Polyps: Some polyps resolve on their own. Some do not. Age, size and location are all factors. If it is causing you symptoms consider having it removed. This is a simple office procedure in most cases

Could you please list the most common uterine polyp symptoms? Would irregular cycle start date be one of them? My cycle used to be clockwork, every 28 days, but now after turning 31, my period start date ranges from every 26 to 28 days.
