Multiple issues: Nabothian cysts are normal as is (probably) the rt ovarian cyst. The uterine polyp is more worrisome and should be followed (with ultrasound) to make sure it doesn't get bigger. The lack of periods could be related to pregnancy, hormonal imbalances or low body fat/athletic activity. The back pain can certainly come from the pelvic issues or can be the spine itself. Gyn eval 1st then spine eval.
