Miscarriage ?'s: After a miscarriage and "D&C" to "clean out" residual tissue from the womb. a general policy is to wait 2 weeks or so prior to resuming vaginal sexual relations. Check with the doctor who did the "cleaning out" procedure for his/her recommendations.
