Probably: Up to about 8-10 weeks of pregnancy, there should be a fairly predictable rise in the BhCG levels (roughly about 66% in 48 hours). Having said this, an ectopic pregnancy is ALWAYS a consideration; regardless of BhCG levels and/or symptoms.
