I went to the er twice last week regarding spotting. the first time they checked my hcg was 881 the second was 582. given threatened miscarriage diagnosis. i'm no longer spotting and have no pain. am i miscarrying??? 5 weeks 4 days pregnant

Probably: Up to about 8-10 weeks of pregnancy, there should be a fairly predictable rise in the BhCG levels (roughly about 66% in 48 hours). Having said this, an ectopic pregnancy is ALWAYS a consideration; regardless of BhCG levels and/or symptoms.
