Fertility ?'s: Vaginal odor and discharge is usually due to infection. Infection can make the Fallopian tubes obstructed, preventing pregnancy. See your gyn for an exam and culture to treat the infection, and ask about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), which can clear the tubes by injection of sterile liquid into the uterus. This may be done safely only if infection is first treated.
