Tissue: There could still be some tissue from the pregnancy in the uterus. Not always fetal tissue, it could be placental tissue as well. It's very important that you see and be followed by your doctor regarding this as there are some cancers that act like pregnancies after a miscarriage and you would need to seen and treated for this. Be sure to check with your doctor.
