Not sure: Not sure what you mean by scraping. A D&C is essentially a "scrapping". D&c stands for dilation and curretage. Dilation meaning the cervix is dilated or widened. Curretage means "scraping". If you had an incomplete miscarriage, ie some products of conception were still in the uterus your doctor may have done a gentle curretage.
