I have low wbc, hgb, hct, plts, anc & sodium in blood. high ast &alt. abnormal elliptocytes. epithelial cells, blood, rbc in urine. edema in ankles and belly. headache. had 105.3 fever. abdominal pain. any ideas? er said anaplasmosis but blood neg.

Doxycyline : No single disorder is a likely cause of all that, but some findings indeed are typical for anaplasmosis. Most common this time of tear, especially in certain geographic areas, including CA, and/or at risk for tick exposure. Treatment is recommended (doxycyline) if suspected; blood rests miss some cases. Presumably ER arranged follow-up; an infectious diseases specialist would be ideal. Good luck!
