Dull ache lower right abdomen for 6 months. bloods all ok. urine all ok. no tenderness, no fever, no jaundice and otherwise well. any ideas?

Hernia?: I found myself wondering as I read your history if you'd been checked for a right inguinal hernia. It could produce that kind of pain, and wouldn't cause lab abnormalities in the blood or urine. It could also be a pulled abdominal muscle but I'd think that would've resolved by now. It's easy for a doc to check for this and might put u on the right track. Just a thought. Good luck!
