A 31-year-old male asked:
31 yo male, started zocor in jan, and on eliquis. wbc 3.9, rbc 3.94, hgb 11.5, hct 34, plt 110, mpv 10.9, ast 50. no symptoms, found on yearly labs. all other labs from cbc w diff and comp normal. cea 0.6, afp 2.7, ca 19-9 4. could this be cancer?

Labs: While slightly abnormal, above labs do not suggest cancer, but they do not rule it out either.
Cancers cannot be ruled out with regular tests.
