Unlikely: Your hemoglobin is a bit on the high side. So it needs to be checked once more to be sure that it does not rise further as a value of 18gms or higher raises questions about it being abnormal. This may need a check with an internist or hematologist. As long as your paltelets counts are normal there is no significant risk of blood clot formation. But i would have you check your CBC once or twice/yr.
