I've burning pain throughout right abdomen & dizziness.ast n alt are normal, usg shows nothing abnormal. post prandial blood sugar is 84. liver cancer?

Can't tell : Cancers are progressive and liver cancer can be either primary or 2ndary due to metastasis. Symptoms are more than what you described. The burning sensation can be a referred pain either be from other organs/structures. Check the skin if there are any shingles nearby. If there is any pain with palpitation, something is irritated or inflamed. You may need further workup if this continues.

Probably not : An ultrasound is good at detecting liver cancer in normal patients. If you have a scarred liver, a blood test (AFP) and/or ct scan should be considered.
