Deep cut on my elbow. happened friday night. it's too later for stitches correct? it got worse saturday night sleeping without a band-aid. i can see tissue/skin poke out when i flex arm. been covered since sunday and clean every shower.

Cut: If the wound is healing, continue to keep clean and apply bandage. However, a wound like this can be sewed. The wound edges need to be revised by cutting them back a bit. However, this makes a fresh edge and the wound heals well.
