Red sore rash on inner elbows. i seem to sleep with my arm folded against itself so the skin on by lower arm is touching the top of the arm so it gets hot, sweaty and sticky inbetween, now i have an awful red rash what can i do to get rid of it?

What you have is almost the same as baby's diaper rash due to sensitive skin with moisture. You can first treat the rash with hydrocortisone cream 1% and lotrimin cream 1%, two hours apart, twice a day. After the rash resolves, you should use talcum or starch powder (okay to use in adults) or zinc oxide ointment on that area to protect the skin before sleep.
