Such might be eczema: Rashes are hard to visualize, so an exam is needed, either in-person or on video. If it is mild eczema, many people use hydrocortisone cream twice a day for 5-10 days as it is inexpensive, found at most stores, and works well. A daily moisturizing cream (Cetaphil, CeraVe, Eucerin, etc...) used 2-4 times a day helps resolve eczema and to prevent return of dry patches. A doctor can help.
