Since the pain is in both arms , muscle wekness and or assoc pain has to be considered , as can be seen in miositis( polymyositis or dermatomyositis), and or polymyalgia a disease that is caracteristically seen over age 50 and it allso gives similar findings in the pelvic girdle. Local problems although rare bilateral , should be considered, such as bursitis tendinitis etc of the shoulder , another consideration is myofacial syndrome or fibromyalgia , that could behave in this matter , but also it requieres to be present for at least three month. The fact tha gives tou trouble with lifting a certain amount of weight might pinpoint to something that is related to weakness. Multipleother probles can cause pain localized in these area , but there is no enought information to consider other diagnosis.
