Right side of my head feels numb or pressure. also i have some tingling in right foot. this happened after a strong headache yesterday. usually its just anxiety. but im so affraid. please tell me if and where i should get checked. thank you so much?

Neurologist: Right sided brain pathology affects the left side of the body. However, in view of the strong recent headache and occurrence of right foot tingling, for peace of mind, a neurologist is best to consult. Right sided head symptoms are more characteristic of anxiety than brain pathology,however.
