Since the symptoms of a mini stroke i've be getting headaches and tingling /numbness on left side of head could this be related please am so scared!!!

Headaches are: unusual for stroke but tingling/numbness on one side of the head is definitely suspect. Though there are other things that could cause numbness tingling, such as atypical migraine or neuralgia/ facial nerve paralysis. Please check with your healthcare provider and get the help you need, but be calm and don't worry as much.
