I've been on amoxicillin for 5 days, for an abscessed tooth, yesterday a red rash on my upper feet, ankles, calves, and on my arms appear. i have a sinus pressure in the front of head, and a slight headache, nothing major. should i be concerned?

Yes. You may be having allergic reaction to Penicillin. Call your Dentist immediately. Also note that PCN will not cure infection, only limit spread of infection. Specific dental treatment is mandated.
