For 2 weeks ive been getting a come & go pain on the top/back right side of my head. not a constant headache. im on allergy meds/flonase. i also get on & off sinus pressure. i have a lot of anxiety. based on that,what could the come and go pain be?

Headache: I am wondering if you might have tension headaches related to your anxiety. The sinus pressure might contribute to pain as well. Your doctor can make an accurate determination through evaluation.
