Morning doc, i'm struggling with sinuses and dry cough for a week now and into my second week and i've been using sinuend, solphyllex and acc200 and i'm coughing out thick green mucus please help?

Infection : You may need a course of antibiotics, especially if there are signs of pneumonia and sinusitis. Rinse nasal passages with nasal saline, rest and drink fluids.Only use fever control medications for fever.
