For 2 weeks i've had cough that is mostly dry, but sometimes there is a some mucous. there's an intense tickle in the back of throat. do i need doc?

Throat tickle: Try over the counter delsym. It is likely you will need to see an ent. The ent can scope you (pass a laryngoscopy that can see your throat well) and make sure there is nothing serious going on. You probably have reflux which can be settled down very nicely with medication. Good luck and feel better!
