Well...: You seem to have enough symptoms to warrant an examination. If you do have a fever you should see a Dr. Today. the prognosis of a pneumonia is directly related to how fast treatment is started. If you have a bronchitis, it could wait till tomorrow. And the again, why wait, you could be on your way to recovery faster
