Sleep aid: Short of getting a prescription for a sleeping pill, taking benadryl in a one time dose of 50-75 mgs can be effective.

Not medication: It seems like you have tried the most common over the counter drugs that are used for sleeping. If you are just trying to sleep for a single flight, prescription drugs and their associated side effects are not likely worth it. Try to minimize caffeine right before and during the flight and avoid napping beforehand.
